I recently relocated to Las Vegas with my husband David and my 16month old Czech German Shepard Otto who loves to go on long hikes with mom!
David and I own sports team that race jet skis and side-by-sides. We love camping, boating, jet skiing, trail riding and pretty much all things out doors! We try to maintain an active lifestyle as much as regular business will allow.
I have always had a passion for health and I don't believe you need to give up living to be healthy. It is possible to maintain a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying all the good things that life has to offer. I believe that creating a plan that is relevant to you as an individual is the best possible way to achieve optimal wellness.
I fell in love with yoga over ten years ago when I attended a class at my gym. I immediately sought out a yoga studio in my area and began practicing regularly. With the goal only to deepen my own personal practice; I enrolled in a 200 hour teacher training program at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas,CA . It was the best thing I ever did for myself.
As I learned about the history and ancient science of yoga, my practice deepened even further than I had anticipated. I learned more about myself & at the same time realized that I not only had a passion to maintain my own personal health and wellness, but I also the passion to share the joy of health and wellness with others.
I realized that I love helping others to better their health through exercise and proper nutrition, and so I added a Health Coach certification as well as Yoga Nidra and Yoga for PTSD. I will always be a student and I continue to seek training and information that I can share with my students.
Almost every yoga class I teach will include a focus on breath, strengthening, stretching, balancing, healing and relaxing. My classes are accessible to all levels of practitioner and focus on exploration rather than destination. My intent is to approach each health coach client as an individual and personalize a plan unique to their needs and goals.
My goal is to make each Yoga & Coaching experience rewarding and to provide a welcoming environment free from judgment and competition. I'd love to be a partner on your journey to be healthier and happier and I look forward to working together and providing you tools to create permanent changes for your health and well-being.
