How It Works

We'll start with a free 30 minute consultation to review your health history and goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase energy or just get healthy, I will take the time to listen to your concerns & help you discover where and why you are struggling.


We will create a client-driven action plan and set up sessions where together we will home in on the health and diet information that's relevant to you as an individual.  I wont tell you what to do, I will coach, mentor and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to figure out exactly what works best for your body.


You’ll also have email & text options to give you the support you need in between our sessions to help you make amazing decisions and celebrate your progress along the way.  I will provide tools to create permanent changes for your health and well-being.


Healthy living is not a fad, it's a lifestyle.  So if you are tired of dieting and excited for accountability, support and conversation – this is for you.

What is a Health Coach

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. We do not take the place of your primary care physician, we can; however help bridge the gap between your office visit and your everyday life.  When the kinds of lifestyle changes you need to make take time and effort, the reality is, primary care docs can only do so much.  A health coach works with you to determine the best way to integrate your physician’s recommendations into your plan, so you can lead a healthier life.
